Standard Cleaning ensures your vacation rental remains consistently spotless and welcoming between guest stays, balancing thoroughness with efficiency.

      • Wiping down countertops, appliance fronts, insides of microwave and fridge​

      • Washing dishes/unloading the dishwasher

    • Bathrooms

      • Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs​

    • Dusting furniture and shelves

    • Wiping down glass on sliding doors and mirrors

    • Vacuuming and mopping floors

With our laundry service, your vacation rental’s linens and towels are always clean and crisp, enhancing guest comfort and satisfaction.

    *Laundry Trip Charge ($50) - additional fee for returning laundered items same day or prior to next scheduled service. (Please have back ups of all necessary items to avoid this charge.)

Deep Cleaning offers an intensive, detailed refresh for your vacation rental, ensuring every area is pristine and ready to impress even the most discerning guests.

  • Standard Cleaning plus the following:​​

    • Cleaning cabinet fronts and doors

  • Standard Cleaning Rate as base price, plus $40/hr for Deep Cleaning tasks:

Concierge & Additional Services

With our concierge services, you can trust that your vacation rental will be consistently stocked with essential items, enhancing guest satisfaction and convenience.

    • Restocking of toiletries and supplies

    • Shopping for replacement linens and condo essentials

    • Being present for deliveries and service calls

    • Condo safety and security checks

    • Condo/bug checks (pre-arrival)

    • Battery swap outs on door locks and remotes

    • Wi-Fi and TV/remote troubleshooting

    • Condo sitter for repairs/service calls

  • $40/hour plus expenses (30-minute minimum)

  • $5  -  To ensure your next guest's visit carries the essentials, Sparkling C’s supplies:

    • Paper towels

    • Toilet paper
